Dan Bălan is a Moldavian singer, songwriter, and producer. He was born on 6 February 1979 in the Republic of Moldava which is  a state located between Romania and Ukrain. His parents are Mihai Bălan and Ludmila Bălan, a TV presenter. Dan Bălan has performed eurodance and commercially pop music. Recently Dan Bălan made the famous tune ‘Chica Bomb’ , always in the eurodance category  and this clip is about the Chill Mix version of this hit.
